The I.T. department at ESSB is working hard to bring teachers and students access to a number of new services: wiki, blog and shared calendars! Teachers may use their LEARN usernames and passwords to access these services. Stay tuned as more services are added!
Yesterday, the ESSB Council of Commissioners voted to adopt the GRICS report card: GPI. Secretaries will receive a two-day workshop (likely at our next RSEC). ESSB is the last school board in the province to adopt the GPI report card. To learn more about the GPI report card, visit the GRICS website.

Secondary IV and V students at Evergreen High School won 1st prize in a province-wide contest hosted by McGill University. The students created a multimedia project (i.e. a one-minute movie) on topic of youth anti-gambling.
